Prophetic Word for Manchester

In the encounter, I was flying down the A34 towards Manchester (the southern part of the Manchester) approaching the M60 ring road & about 100 feet in the air - high enough to see a lot in all directions. As I approached the M60, the motorway rose up into the air all around Manchester, probably 100 feet or so. As I looked at this I realised the sides looked like the sides of a reservoir. As I watched a huge traditional tsunami wave came from the south-west direction and swept over the city - it was hundreds of feet in height and carried on moving all across the city and up in a north east direction. As the waters settled the whole of the reservoir was filled with water.
Simultaneously, inside and outside the reservoir, two
types of buildings started to appear, some on the
outside were already there, some grew up on the inside
and others I perceived were going to emerge. On the
inside, slim towers started to emerge from under the
water and were raised up high above the water - there
were 3 of them I watched emerge. On the outside, as the
M60 came up to form the reservoir, I was aware of 3
"pump stations" which were already there but with little
or no purpose about them at the moment. These were in
Gatley, Sale and around the Middleton area in the north
east. I perceived that there would be two more emerge,
one in Stockport area would come first, and one around
the Worsley area in the north west area. These "pump
stations" would pump "fresh water" into the city but
also "release water" out into the surrounding areas
because of their strategic locations.
As this was happening, I began to understand the following: A) the prior move of God during the 70's and 80's which had birthed revival in the region & beyond, had "leaked out" of the city because of a breach in the wall surrounding the city. There was in those days a lot of unity amongst the church leadership across the region and a coming together for events that kept remote churches and people alive. People in those days would travel from north Wales, Cumbria, and over from Leeds to the bi-monthly revival meetings in Manchester; B) that the natural improvement in the city through regeneration & financial investment, plus the resultant influx of people into the heart of Manchester and Salford, was the Lord drawing them into the reservoir ahead of the coming revival - almost a "spiritual revolution" just as they did with the "industrial revolution.
The scene them switched inside a church, during a Sunday morning meeting - I know which church but it was more symbolic than specific, though I expect it will apply there too! The wave swept though that church, again from a south west direction, and with great force. As the water settled inside the building what had been "dry ground they were standing on" was now chest deep in water, with just people's shoulders and head out of the water. Ezekiel 47 with the River of God = rivers to swim in coming to that church & others.
I saw only 1/3 of the people left inside the building standing in the water. The Holy Spirit told me that 1/3 of the people were forced outside the church into various forms of ministry. The final 1/3 were no longer part of the church.
